- Design and implement CLM micro-campaigns, to contribute to the achievement of interim and annual revenue and market share business targets.
- Use advanced analytics and customer profiles as inputs for designing micro-campaigns, which incrementally improve the tenure, network attachment, propensity to churn, per customer contribution and profitability of different customer segments
- Manage end-to-end micro-campaign execution and performance (starting from designing, configuring, implementing, tracking and reporting).
- Partner with cross functional teams to coordinate and execute / launch for manual campaigns (that cannot be configured in the Campaign Management System) and special CLM projects / initiatives.
- Measure, track and report on all campaign results and financial impacts of key initiatives, partnering with analytics, data warehouse and finance teams
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Campaign Management System and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth running of the system.
- Contribute in developing and implementing CLM processes and knowledge (related to CLM Campaign Management), including systems necessary for reaching targets for the company and the department.
- Graduation from a reputed national / foreign university in the area of Business, Management or relevant discipline
- MBA or post graduation degree will be an advantage
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Marketing / Product Development / Customer Lifecycle Management, preferably in telco industry
- Customer-centric understanding of Bangladesh telco industry, customer base and behavior, marketing science and customer service domains
- Ability to extensively manage cross-functional stakeholders and projects, with strong negotiation and collaboration skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to present concepts clearly and to keep others informed and up-to-date
- Strong computer skills and quick learning abilities, to get oriented with the different CLM tools and use them extensively
- Ability to work individually or with a team, with the capacity to multitask and to balance competing priorities under stress
